A hand-burned owl captured midflight, set against a painted galaxy of blue and green hues. Silver eyes catch the light, giving this piece a quiet, otherworldly presence. Burned on a natural basswood bark slice.

Each piece is sealed with a UV-resistant spray to keep the colors bright and protect against fading, then finished with two coats of glossy polycrylic. This adds extra durability, helps prevent chipping, and provides light water resistance with a subtle shine. The wood is lightweight and easy to hang, or it can be displayed on a tabletop stand (not included).
